Pool Opening Services

Get your pool ready for the season with Shoreline’s expert pool opening services. We handle everything from clearing debris to checking your equipment, ensuring your pool is safe, clean, and ready for a refreshing swim. Choose from our flexible service plan, whether it’s a full opening or a comprehensive start-up opening package, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your pool is in expert hands. Full Opening

Get your pool ready for the season with our Full Opening package. This comprehensive service includes everything from removing debris and cleaning covers to re-installing equipment and ensuring your pool is in perfect working order.

Safety Cover: $350 + hst

Clip-In Cover: $400 + hst

Waterbag Cover: $450 + hst

INCLUDES:

  • Removal of debris and water from the winter cover
  • Clean and deodorize winter cover
  • Fold and bag winter cover, ready for storage
  • Rinse and lower safety cover anchors
  • Hose off perimeter deck
  • Brush scum line
  • Re-install deck equipment
  • Re-install recirculation equipment and lighting
  • Start up pool equipment
  • Ensure that pool equipment and automation are operational
  • Ensure that the automation is using the latest software version (service tech will upgrade if required)
  • Shock pool
  • Add algaecide

Start Up Opening

Kick off your pool season with our Start Up Opening package. This service ensures your equipment is re-installed, operational, and ready for action. We’ll upgrade your automation software, shock the pool, and add algaecide, so you can dive in without any worries.

$250 + hst

INCLUDES:

  • Re-install deck equipment
  • Re-install recirculation equipment and lighting
  • Start-up pool equipment
  • Ensure that pool equipment and automation are operational
  • Ensure that the automation is using the latest software version (service tech will upgrade if required)
  • Shock pool
  • Add algaecide

Pool Opening Add-Ons

Choose from spa openings, solar system setups, secondary winter cover installations, or get pricing for specialty features like bubblers and swimjets. Additional charges may apply if you’re outside our standard service area.

Spillover/soaker spa opening: $120 + HST

Solar system: $50 + HST

Secondary winter cover: $100 + HST

Bubblers, in-floor cleaners, swimjets – price to be determined pending on access and difficulty

EXTRA CHARGES WILL APPLY IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OUR STANDARD SERVICE AREA

Pool Closing Services

As the season winds down, Shoreline’s pool closing services ensure your pool is properly winterized and protected. We take care of draining, cleaning, and securing your equipment, so your pool is ready for the colder months. Our service plans offer flexibility, whether you need a full closing or blow lines package. Trust us to safeguard your pool, ensuring it’s in top condition when the warm weather returns.

Full Closing

Ensure your pool is properly winterized with our Full Closing package. This service includes draining the pool, removing equipment, winterizing plumbing, and adding algaecide and shock. We’ll also install your winter cover and ensure everything is set for the off-season.

Safety Cover: $350 + hst

Clip-In Cover: $400 + hst

Waterbag Cover: $450 + hst

INCLUDES:

  • Drain pool water to winterizing level
  • Removal of deck equipment (diving board excluded)
  • Removal of recirculation fittings
  • Skim leaves on the pool surface only
  • Winterize pool lights
  • Winterize underground plumbing lines
  • Winterize pool equipment
  • Ensure automation is set for off-season mode
  • Shock pool
  • Add algaecide
  • Install winter cover

 

Savings of $50 will apply if you choose to drain your pool to the proper winterizing level.

Blow Lines

Prepare your pool for winter with our Blow Lines package. This includes the removal of recirculation fittings, winterizing pool lights and underground plumbing, and ensuring your equipment is properly stored. We’ll also shock the pool and add algaecide to keep it protected until the next season.

$250 + HST

INCLUDES:

  • Removal of recirculation fittings
  • Winterize pool lights
  • Winterize underground plumbing lines
  • Winterize pool equipment
  • Ensure automation is set for off-season mode
  • Shock pool
  • Add algaecide

     

Pool Closing Add-Ons

Choose from options like spa closing, solar system winterization, secondary winter cover installation, and specialty features such as bubblers or swim jets. Pricing is based on access and complexity. Additional fees may apply for properties outside our standard service area.
